Dan Alvarez is a Settlement Planner with Millennium Settlements. Mr. Alvarez specializes in structured settlements, public benefits preservation and comprehensive financial planning. He graduated from Florida State University in 1997. He went on to Florida State College of Law where he graduated cum laude in 2000. He began work as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County, Florida where he tried over sixty jury trials. After three years as a prosecutor, he worked as a trial lawyer at Wilkes & McHugh. During this time, he garnered extensive experience in the mediation and settlement of complex, high-value cases.
Mr. Alvarez is an active member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
